Do you need equipment?

Once you join, we'll establish what exercise you enjoy doing, your current level, and how much you can do realistically. We'll then create a zero guesswork program based on your needs. We'll use the equipment you have access to - from body weight and running shoes to bands, dummells, barbells and bikes. We'll use what you have.

I like to train at home and outside. Whether you have no equipment, dumbbells, bands, or something else.
