Do you need equipment?

Once you join, we'll establish what exercise you enjoy doing, your current level, and how much you can do realistically. We'll then create a zero guesswork program based on your needs. We'll use the equipment you have access to - from body weight and running shoes to bands, dummells, barbells and bikes. We'll use what you have access to.

Yes You Can Do Home Workouts

I like to train at home and outside. Whether you have no equipment, dumbbells, bands, or something else.

Yes You Can Do Gym Workouts

If you love gym workouts and classes, we'll build you a gym based training plan. Plus you can do the classes you love.

I help dads like me who’ve lost their fitness reconnect with their “hidden athlete.” 

As a former triathlete who faced my own struggles with weight and confidence, I now coach others to improve performance, health, and body composition.
