I help parents who’ve lost their fitness reconnect with their former athletic self. You know, hidden under a pile of chores, stress, fatigue and dare I say it... tighter clothes.

I've had my own journey as a dad of 3, and I'm a work in progress. I know what it’s like to gain weight, lose confidence, and feel stuck. I also know what it feels like to get it all back.
