Hey — I’m Nico. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, but most importantly I’m a dad of 3 and someone who’s been through my own burnout.

I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the chaos of parenthood — and how hard it is to claw your way back.

That’s why I built this challenge: to help mums feel strong, in control, and confident again — without extremes or shame.
